Billing questions

Monthly plans bill on the same day each month from signup. Annual plans are billed once at the start of the subscription year. Annual pricing is locked for the full year — no mid-year price changes.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund for the unused months. No cancellation fees.

Charthalo currently works as a browser-based tool that produces a finished note you copy into your EHR. It works alongside any EHR — Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, Modernizing Medicine, or any other system — because no integration is required. Native EHR integration is on the roadmap.

Yes. Charthalo will execute a Business Associate Agreement with covered entities upon request. BAA is available at no additional charge on all plans. Contact [email protected] to initiate.
